Message ,,,opposed to the diff. The reason being that harshness, vibration and noise are generated by the drive axles, prop shaft, etc. and transmitted into the cabin. If your diff is solid (which most do not recommend by the way) then some of that HNV will be also absorbed by the softer subframe mountings.

You already have most of the suspension either spherical ball end links or poly; however, as noted above, much of that HVN is now being absorbed by the subframe mounts before it enters the cabin. To answer your question, I'd do both the diff and subframe in poly. But be prepared for much more noise into the cabin as a result.
